Tess Vindischman began riding at the age of four. She has truly come up through the ranks, from training and showing green ponies to competing in Kentucky at the USEF Pony Finals in both the hunters and as a member of the 2008 Zone 5 Pony Jumper Team.  She was a winner in the Emerson Burr Horsemanship Competition at the age of thirteen.  She has won Year End Championships too numerous to mention in the hunters, equitation and Medals. Currently, she is a successful “catch rider” and competes in the the jumpers on her Dutch Warmblood mare, Aintree.  This year they finish the season as Champions in the Schooling Jumpers and Reserve Champion in the High Child/Adult Jumpers for the MHJA.

Meg Vindischman has been equally successful in the ranks as a pony rider and more recently in the hunters on her Hanovarian/TB gelding Malone.  Meg was the 2010 MHJA Limit Jr. Medal Winner . She too has won a multitude of year end Championships beginning as a short stirrup rider on her pony Better  Than Butter right up through the 2011 Children’s Hunter Championship with Malone.   In addition, she was the 2008 Sportsmanship Winner, a very prestigious honor awarded each year by the members of the MHJA.

Hannah Gustafson has been riding with me since the age of seven. Now a teenager, she has grown from a little girl riding everything and anything in the pony ring, to a successful Hunter rider.  She and her TB gelding Apollo, only joined forces a year ago.  They have had an outstanding first season, winning the Novice Junior Hunter year end Championship and the Novice Junior Equitation on the Flat Championship.  They will continue their partnership in the Children’s Hunters and focus on the Medals next season.

Ali Strayer  has been riding with me for several years.  She was the 2009 MHJA Beginner Equitation on the Flat Champion.  She and her horse Adagio began their season at the HSBTB series in Traverse City….their favorite show.  They were successful in the Intermediate and Low Childrens Hunter divisions while enjoying  the vacation like atmosphere that is unique to this horse show.  Look for Ali and her TB gelding, Adagio in the Novice Hunters, Equitation and Limits in 2012.

Anna Tripp is a wonderful new addition to our group with her Oldenberg/TB cross, Serendipity!  She and her new mount just found each other this summer and with very limited showing, qualified for the year end Young Riders Medal.  They make a lovely team.  I look forward to a great 2012 season with them competing in the Novice Hunter division as well as the Equitation and Medals.

Tess Helfrich and her aptly named TB gelding, Laugh Out Loud (Joker) are also a new addition to the Trinity Farms crew!  Joker is Tess’s first horse, a partnership that I expect to develop and enjoy for several years to come.  Showing was limited this season, while Tess recovered from an injury. However, they are looking forward to the Haverhill Winter Series and preparing for a great 2012 season.  Expect to see them on the circuit in the Beginner divisions!

Hailee Dudzik is a great young adult that has found her way into the Hunter/Jumper world after growing up riding and competing in various breed shows.  Hailee is currently a member of the  U of M Equestrian Team.  She came to me this summer with an interest in learning to jump.  She has come a long way in a very short time.  I look forward to finding Hailee the perfect partner as she joins the Trinity Farms team.

We welcome riders of all levels, regardless of horse ownership or experience. Please contact me if you would like to join the Trinity Farms Horse Show team.  I focus on matching the right rider to the right horse or pony, introducing you to the correct basics of equitation and horsemanship and most importantly, trying to promote good sportsmanship in competition.
